Compensation And Benefits
Altus' compensation and benefits package is intended to reward employees equally for their individual success and the success of the firm. All employees are paid a base salary, and are eligible for a bonus that is calculated on the results of the firm and their individual contributions to the firm's growth and profitability. In addition, Altus pays 100% of the medical insurance premium for all employees and their dependents. We also sponsor a SIMPLE IRA that employees can contribute to and that will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to 3% of the employees gross compensation.
